DAN DECASTER - CEO

Dan began his career is the roofing industry in 1978 as a project estimator for Northern Metal and Roofing. He became a second-generation owner in 1980 and has been CEO of the company since that time. Dan continues to remain active in the day to day operations. Dan is also an avid outdoorsman, who enjoys hunting and fishing.

JUSTIN LEMIRANDE - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Justin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2002. After working in corporate retail as a buyer he joined Northern Metal and Roofing in 2005. Justin manages projects of all sizes for the company and enjoys building long-term relationships with customers. Justin is married with two children and is an avid golfer and Packers fan.

RANDY CHRISTIANSEN - VICE PRESIDENT

Randy began his roofing career in 1986 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He joined Northern Metal and Roofing in 1998 as a project manager, and now oversees the roofing operations for the company. Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time at his cottage with family and friends and playing golf.

BRETT KRAUSE - SHEET METAL SUPERINTENDENT

Brett started his roofing career as a project manager. He enjoys building relationships with the crewmembers and helping the teams tackle any challenges that arise to make sure the crews exceed the expectations of Northern’s customers.

RICK KERR - FINANCIAL MANAGER

Rick has over 25 years of accounting experience, with the last 15 years spent at Northern. Rick wears many hats for the company including accounting, payroll, and human resources. He enjoys the constant changes in the industry required to meet customer needs. In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, watching the Packers, hunting, and fishing.

NATHAN JASPERSON - ESTIMATOR

ETHAN DRELLA - SERVICE MANAGER

Ethan began working for Northern Metal and Roofing in 2011 part-time in the summers as a service tech. Upon graduating college Ethan began full-time employment as a project manager. He currently the manager of the service department. In his spare time, Ethan is an avid sports fan and especially enjoys the Brewers and Packers.

TREYNER SUNDSMO - PROJECT MANAGER

Treyner began his roofing career in the field with Northern while attending college as summer help. After switching to construction management, he then worked as a project manager intern until graduation from Fox Vally Tech College. Treyner enjoys the daily interaction with crews & customers and that every project has different challenges. Outside of work, Treyner enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing and utv riding.

JASON VANDENBUSH - PROJECT MANAGER

Jason began working for Northern Metal and Roofing in 2022, with previous experience in architectural & structural design and metal fabrication project management. Jason enjoys the challenge that each project brings and applying his experience in the construction industry. He likes meeting new people and values building relationships in the industry. Jason spends his free time enjoying the outdoors and volunteering for his kids school and sports.

JEREMY OUELLETTE - GENERAL MANAGER

Jeremy began his roofing career in 1996 working summers on a roofing crew. Upon graduating college in 2002, Jeremy accepted a full-time position as a project manager in our Green Bay office. In 2006, he was promoted to his current position general manager of the West Bend division and has since assumed responsibilities for the Madison division as well. He enjoys the value the roofing industry places on hard work. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys hunting and spending time with his wife and two children.

PAT DWYER - ESTIMATOR

Pat started his roofing career in 1990 on the residential side of roofing. He made the switch to commercial roofing in April of 2024. He looks forward to learning new things every day and building relationships with co-workers and customers. Pat is married and has three daughters, in his free time he loves to golf, fish, and cut grass.

MICHAEL BERNDSEN - GENERAL MANAGER

Michael was born and raised in the Milwaukee area, relocating to the Brooklyn area to continue his successful roofing and sheet metal career of over 20 years. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children attending car shows in his 1964 impala SS.

MEGAN HOMBURG - ESTIMATOR

Megan is the estimator and project coordinator for the Brooklyn Office. She works hard to ensure customers receive the highest quality of roofing Northern provides. Outside of work, Megan loves farming, watching the Packers, and spending quality time with her daughter.

ADAM CHRISTIANSEN - GENERAL MANAGER

Adam has been with Northern Metal & Roofing since August of 2015. Before coming to Northern Metal, he spent the first eleven years in the stone industry as a Sales Representative. Adam enjoys the uniqueness of the roofing industry in that no one roof is the same. There are different details and installation that make each roof different. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two children along with family and friends.
